Bock Automotive saved me from the flatbed twice this past Summer when the not-so-pristine conditions of our north NJ roads destroyed a set of tires. The exact ones I wanted weren't available at the shop, but Bill and his crew were still able to order them up for me and get them installed all on the same day. Plus, the guys were able to diagnose and correct an ever-so-slight but ongoing steering vibration that all of the other major dealerships and tire shops in the area tried to tell me was just my imagination. The culprit ended up being a wheel that was just several small millimeters out-of-round. Bock's service and attention to detail is THAT precise. Bock Automotive is a good, honest shop. Everyone in the garage is friendly and courteous, and they all go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and a positive customer experience every time. Places like this are few and far between. I really appreciate that.
